What to Wear
A robe and sandals will be provided upon your arrival. Many guests undress completely before putting on their robe but we recommend you
do whatever is comfortable for you. During a treatment, our staff will take great care in insuring your privacy through proper draping, so
that you can undress completely.
For soaks in our tub room, you will be asked if you want assistance into and out of the tub. You are welcome to decline this assistance if you prefer privacy.
Our relaxation areas are co-ed. We provide luxurious and roomy robes for your comfort.
Medical
Please inform us of any medical or other special needs that may require our attention. Certain treatments are not suitable for guests with
health conditions, such as a heart condition, high blood pressure or pregnancy.
Cancellation
A major credit card will reserve your appointment at Viridian. We understand there may be times when you need to reschedule or cancel your
appointment, so we have a cancellation policy that provides maximum flexibility.
- If your appointment is cancelled or rescheduled a minimum of 48 hours in advance, there is no charge.
- If your appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged a fee equal to $35 per
hour of services you had reserved. We will make every effort to fill the vacated appointment with another guest. If we are able
to fill the appointment time, you will not be charged.
- Guests are responsible for just $35 per hour of services reserved (or portion thereof) regardless of the reason for canceling. We
simply charge the same low cancellation fee whether it's a spontaneous weekend away or the flu bug. The FlexFee is designed to
provide partial compensation for our top-notch therapists, who rely on a busy schedule for a rewarding career.
